Note: Smoking is prohibited indoors. The area being residential and quiet, high noise levels and disturbances are forbidden as well.
This house cannot accomodate student parties, bachelor-ette funerals, and such.

In winter :

Audibergue and La Moulière are two connected ski resorts, on a human scale and located in the municipalities of Andon and Caille, 1 hour from the Côte d'Azur and therefore from the villa. This family destination offers a ski area with 23 alpine slopes for all levels spread over the Massif de l'Audibergue culminating at an altitude of 1657 m.

In this part of the Pre-Alps of Castellane, the winter climate is strongly influenced by the nearby Mediterranean coast, so on the program: snow, mild weather and stormy blue skies! The panoramic view from the top of the ski area is breathtaking since the view embraces the Côte d'Azur, the Lérins Islands, the coast, the Var and the Southern Alps (Massif du Mercantour).

So if you want to go skiing for the day during your stay, don't hesitate, you will spend a great day skiing under the sun.

Off season:

For those interested in renting out of season: you can enjoy magnificent hikes in the forest starting from the house as well as beautiful walks on the wine route in the middle of the vineyards and wine castles. Beautiful tastings around truffles or even going for a coffee at Sénéquier in St Tropez. Whether you want to come in season or out of season, the activities are many and varied.

Truffle theme:

This 3rd largest market in France takes place on Place Frédéric Mistral and at the foyer Romano, every Thursday morning from the last Thursday of November to the end of March, production permitting. It is open to wholesalers and individuals, the price is set by brokers according to the quality and importance of the truffles presented. Rather choose January or February for the purchase, it is at this time that they are the best! The white truffle market (summer truffle) takes place every Wednesday morning from mid-June to the end of August.

Wine themes:

There are 13 wine estates to see around the villa so do not hesitate to visit these very beautiful estates, and to taste our magnificent rosés. For the most curious, let yourself be tempted by our superb white and red Côtes de Provence (much less known but very popular with people from the region)...

We've made a lot of effort to make it a pleasant space that you can enjoy. Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make your departure much easier! And think about the dishes! Please make sure you read and understand the rules at the beginning of your stay. If something is not clear, please contact us so that we can explain in more detail to avoid any misunderstandings. The garbage cans are located at the entrance of the neighborhood and are sorted, please keep the place clean. Noise pollution Just like our vacation rental, our neighborhood is important to us. Most residents live here full-time, although there may be other short-term guests who occasionally stay in the area. Be sure to respect the community and try to minimize noise levels, especially after dark. By respecting the people and goods around you, your holiday will be more enjoyable. Please avoid making noise between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. to allow neighbours to sleep peacefully. The area being residential and calms serious noise disturbances are forbidden. - Student parties, bachelor/girl funerals or other such celebrations are prohibited in this house. If nearby residents report excessive noise or unruly behaviour, we may have to evict you from our property and terminate the holiday rental agreement. This could result in the loss of the security deposit and the amount of the lease. In the event of a dispute or complaint from a neighbour, it is your duty to inform us as soon as reasonably possible. There are designated areas for recycling and waste disposal. Please refrain from throwing waste, such as bottle caps or cigarette butts, into nearby properties or into the forest in front of our garden. Although we know that there are very nice pets near our property, their owners would really appreciate that you would not give them food! The seasonal rental kitchen Please treat our kitchen with the love and respect you would have for yours in order to keep it in excellent condition for other travellers. Be sure to ventilate the kitchen well after cooking anything that could leave a strong smell for that you have a fan that lights up by the switch on the left when coming in and you can operate it with the remote control. To simplify the inventory process, please return all kitchen items to where you found them. Parking and vehicles We provide parking spaces for up to 4 vehicles, 3 parking spaces in the courtyard and 1 covered garage on the left. We would like to point out that no cars are allowed to park in the driveway and in front of the gate, there is enough room to park inside so as not to block access to the neighbours' property.
